Lazy Parents
The school provides a car park for parents; there is legal parking on adjacent roads if one is prepared to walk 50 yards or so; yet some parents treat the yellow warning zig zag lines, which remind them that stopping is illegal, as a useful indicator of where they can park on the pavement while they drop their children off.
